*We don't sell hours. We handle tasks, and we think in task sizes:
Small: a single, quick action.
Book an appointment, reserve a table, order a cake, send flowers.
Medium: research and comparison.
Find a holiday camp, switch a provider, coordinate a repair, choose a gift.
Large: a full project.
Plan a holiday from A to Z, organise a child's birthday party, build a travel itinerary.
A typical month is a mix that adds up. A month with one big holiday plan will hold fewer small tasks, and that's fine. If you're getting close to your plan's limit, we'll tell you early and adjust together. No surprises.
