WHAT COUNTS AS A TASK
*We don't sell hours. We handle tasks, and we think in task sizes:
Small · 1 point: a single, quick action.
Book an appointment, reserve a table, order a cake, send flowers.Medium · 2 points: research and comparison.
Find a holiday camp, switch a provider, coordinate a repair, choose a gift.Large · 3 points or more: a full project.
Plan a holiday from A to Z, organise a child's birthday party, build a travel itinerary.
Your plan gives you a set number of points each month: 7 on Starter, 10 on Standard, 16 on Premium. A typical month is a mix that adds up. A month with one big holiday plan will hold fewer small tasks, and that's fine. Every week we tell you exactly what's left on your plan, so you're never guessing. No surprises.
If something can't wait once your plan is full, we can take it on outside your plan at €75/hour (VAT incl.). And if that happens regularly, moving up a plan is usually better value.
